You need to get three medals in every mini game to 100% beat the game. Here's what you will need in order to 100% complete Welcome Tour:
USB Camera – a camera is needed to play 1 minigame
A controller with GL/GR buttons (Nintendo Switch 2 Pro Controller or Joy-Con 2 Charging Grip) – a controller with GL/GR buttons is required to play 1 minigame
4K-supported TV or monitor – a TV with 4K support is required to play 1 minigame and 1 tech demo

Now when creating a fresh new Mii you are simply asked to Select a Style and there's a generic male and female model to choose from.
