Octopath Traveler 2 was a well-received sequel to the original Octopath Traveler game and released on a variety of different formats. In a new interview Team Asano says that the team is fully aware that expectations for Octopath Traveler III are incredibly high, but it sadly they don’t have anything to announce at present saying “we genuinely feel [fans’ expectations], I just wanted to convey that.” Team Asano says it knows it needs to nail the third game in the series saying “if we’re going to do it, we’re going to push the limits” and they encourage fans to “keep looking forward to what comes next.” |
