The game, which we currently know very little about it, is rumoured to be appearing in this evening's PlayStation State of Play broadcast. The X user says that the leaked screens suggest there are "extreme gears, dinosaurs from Sonic and the Secret Rings and references to Minecraft." This one is based on Donkey Kong Country Returns HD, which officially released on the Nintendo Switch around a month ago. The Maximus Cup is scheduled to occur this weekend. In fact, it will be starting in just a couple of days from now. There hasn't been a gameplay trailer for the Maximus Cup yet, but Nintendo has decided to change that tonight. A gameplay trailer has been released to promote the upcoming event and show off the theme that players will be able to unlock.
