Today, The Pokémon Company group revealed that the highly anticipated trade feature for Pokémon Trading Card Game Pocket will launch beginning Jan. 29, 2025, followed by a brand-new expansion, Space-Time Smackdown, launching beginning Jan. 30, 2025.

The new trade feature will allow players to trade their digital Pokémon cards with friends, broadening ways to grow their Pokémon Trading Card Game Pocket card collections. Upon release of the feature, players will be able to trade cards from the Genetic Apex and Mythical Island expansion, with plans in place to expand the lineup of tradeable cards in the future.

Featuring the Legendary Pokémon Dialga and Palkia, Space-Time Smackdown invites players to discover Pokémon from the Sinnoh region. In the expansion, players can expect unique card illustrations featuring fan-favorite Pokémon, including Turtwig, Chimchar, Piplup, and Lucario.
