As you may have heard, Vox Media, LLC is in the process of splitting into two companies. New York Magazine, Vox.com, and Vox Media Podcast Network divisions (the “Spinoff Brands”) have been acquired and will be a stand alone company under a new owner. The Spinoff Brands will continue to operate as they do today under a new entity name – Vox Media Group, LLC (VM Group) – and will continue to do business as “Vox Media.”

As part of this transaction, assets related to Spinoff Brands, including subscriber information and other personal data associated with your account or subscription, will be transferred to VM Group as of the date the transaction closes which is expected to occur on or about June 30, 2026. Any such transfer will occur in accordance with applicable law and the terms of the Vox Media Privacy Notice.

VM Group will use and protect your personal information in a manner consistent with the Vox Media Privacy Policy, applicable privacy regulations and the purposes for which the information was originally collected.

At this time, no action is required from you, and your subscription and access to Spinoff Brand products and services will continue without interruption. You have the right at any time to close your account or request deletion of your personal information in accordance with the provisions of and subject to the process outlined in the Vox Media Privacy Notice.
