Good morning, Amber Venz Box was a designer and personal shopper-turned blogger when, in 2011, at 23, she founded the influencer-commission network RewardStyle. In the early days, she spent more than half her time maniacally pursuing press, awards, and celebrity endorsements. But the external validation didn’t match Venz Box’s expectations. As the company morphed, so too did her sense of purpose. By 2021, the Dallas-based company had expanded into a global influencer-marketing platform, rebranded as LTK (short for LikeToKnowIt), and earned a valuation of $2 billion.
