Nintendo has asked a judge to dismiss the class action lawsuit which the Kyoto-based company is accused of “potential unjust enrichment” by hiking up the price of Nintendo Switch 2 controllers and the original Nintendo Switch last year saying that customers “received exactly what they bargained and paid for.” Back in February, the U.S. Supreme Court said that the sweeping tariffs were illegal. Nintendo’s lawyers described the tariffs as both “sweeping” and “constantly changing” and that the tariff refunds will not be passed on to consumers. |
