All that's required is your name and address, and you can enter your email address if you want to receive shipping notifications. These tests take about seven to 12 days to ship, and while there's no guarantee as to what brand you'll be getting, the site says they are FDA-authorized at-home rapid antigen tests. The process is relatively straightforward, but it's not without glitches.
