Sonic the Hedgehog fans that had splashed out on the super expensive Sonic X Shadow Generations limited edition from Limited Run Games were not happy with the appearance of the statue that accompanied the release leaving Limited Run Games no option to pause shipments while they take it back to the drawing board. Today, Limited Run Games has revealed the revised statue which includes improved sculpting, cleaner paint applications, brighter metallic gold accents, and a sturdier base structure compared to the original prototype. The latest version of the statue has now been sent to SEGA for feedback before full manufacturing begins. The revised statue is on the left and the old one is on the right: |
