Resident Evil insider Dusk Golem is hunkering down on his claim that Resident Evil: Code Veronica is the next Resident Evil game to get the remake treatment and he claims that the announcement for the remake will take place sometime this year. There have been reports that Resident Evil 5 Remake is set to be announced, but Dusk Golem says that that won't be this year. Capcom is focussed on Resident Evil: Requiem at present and the only announcement will be for Resident Evil:Code Veronica.
