| Capcom seemingly has a number of Resident Evil remakes underway and one of those is a remake of the first Resident Evil game, which should do away with those fixed camera angles, and will most likely be more similar to the Resident Evil 2 remake. The news comes courtesy of Resident Evil insider Dusk Golem who says that production at Capcom ha already started though he says the game is currently years away from release. So at present it seems Capcom is working on Resident Evil Requiem DLC, Resident Evil Code Veronica Remake for 2027, Resident Evil 5 Remake (?) Resident Evil 0 Remake for 2028, Resident Evil 10 for 2029 and a Resident Evil Remake, which is presumably due out after these are out of the way. |
