SEGA has announced that two new characters will be joining the team in Sonic Racing CrossWorlds. Both Tangle and Whisper will be available today, though they won't have their own special karts this time round. The company also revealed that the Tangle & Whisper Festival is arriving tomorrow, which means that World Match will not be available during this special Festival. The Tangle & Whisper Festival will run in-game until 1st March.
