Nintendo has seen success in the movie making business partnering with Illumination to create The Super Mario Bros. Movie and the upcoming Super Mario Galaxy Movie. Retro Studios insider KiwiTalkz has backed the rumours that Nintendo is preparing to unleash an animated Donkey Kong Movie. KiwiTalkz also mentioned that he doesn't believe that Retro Studios are currently involved with the next 2D Donkey Kong Country game, though he does seem to imply that something is currently in the pipeline.
