Good morning, Vaccine mandates have divided companies and their employees for months. And the tension only increased when President Biden announced September 9 that all businesses with more than 100 employees must require each person to be fully vaccinated for Covid-19. Some companies, including large organizations such as United Airlines, already had a mandate in place; others were thrown off guard and had to figure out a plan, and fast, or face up to $14,000 per violation. While many businesses reported higher vaccination rates after implementing a vaccine mandate, many are also facing backlash among workers who don’t want to get a jab. And leaders are finding themselves in rather uncomfortable situations. “I don't believe in forcing people to do something against their beliefs,” one business owner told Inc.
