One of the nice surprises of the Nintendo Direct presentation yesterday was the unveiling of Metroid Ravenous. Some of you will have known the game was eventually coming as it popped up on the Brazilian Rating’s Board, but nonetheless it looked top-notch. Many will have been wondering if Metroid Dread developer MercurySteam were behind Metroid Ravenous. Eurogamer reached out to both Nintendo and MercurySteam and were ignored, but Mercury Steam did retweet the announcement and shared the trailer on LinkedIn, pretty much confirming their involvement. |
