A software update has been released for Pokémon Pokopia, pushing the cozy Nintendo Switch 2 exclusive to Version 2.0.1. This update is much smaller than the one from last month, as it doesn’t add any new content, but it does fix a few important bugs that could happen under specific conditions. Ver. 2.0.1 (Released 8 September 2026)
The following issues have been fixed.
Under certain conditions, Ho-Oh and Lugia repeatedly descend and reappear.
Under certain conditions, Pokémon cannot be found when using the search function in the Pokédex.
Under certain conditions, the relocation kit could not be picked up.
Under certain conditions, sound effects play repeatedly.
Under certain conditions, the game freezes.
Under certain conditions, the game becomes stuck on the loading screen.
