Other video gaming companies such as Bandai Namco, SEGA and Take-Two will also, from time to time, file some trademarks of their own for similar reasons. They aren't limited to just Japan either. Video gaming companies do file trademarks in other regions as well. So, it isn't surprising to learn that another trademark has been filed by a company recently. This time, it has been discovered that SEGA has filed a new trademark for something called "Sonic Blitz". It isn't really known what the trademark is for, other than it more than likely being related to Sonic the Hedgehog, so fan speculation has been running wild with all sorts of theories. It doesn't help that the trademark itself covers various forms of media and categories. Whatever it is, we'll probably find out in the near future. Source | | | |
