The Game Awards are the biggest video gaming awards that exist, but they aren't the only ones. Many other places have been holding awards shows of their own. In fact, a lot them have been doing it for much longer than The Game Awards have. One example of this is the awards that The Academy of Interactive Arts & Sciences, or AIAS for short, does every year.
The Academy of Interactive Arts & Sciences might not sound familiar to you, but they are the ones behind the DICE Awards. This year is their 28th year of the DICE Awards, and they have announced the winners earlier today. Unfortunately for Nintendo, they didn't win anything. Balatro and Astro Bot, however, took home quite a few awards. In Astro Bot's case, it won Game of the Year. You can see the list of winners in full down below.
