Good morning, Thanks to swirling economic crises, the pandemic, and global instabilities, some 80 percent of Americans now suffer from increased stress, according to the American Psychological Association. Add to that the daily pressures of keeping a business not only humming but soaring, and you certainly have the formula for burnout, panic attacks, and fits of anxiety. Inc.com columnist Jeff Steen proposes an unusual coping strategy: Schedule time to worry, just as you would an exercise class or meeting.
