Nintendo has been committed to expanding its reach by releasing demos of its upcoming game in popular stores to attract attention to its new offerings. Today it has emerged that some large stores in North America such as GameStop and Target have received a demo of the colourful Splatoon Raiders. The demo allows you to play through three levels and try different tanks and gadgets. It’s worth checking if your store has a Nintendo Switch 2 demo kiosk if they’ve got the Splatoon Raiders demo.

To coincide with today’s release of Rhythm Heaven Groove on Nintendo Switch, seven tracks from the game have been added to Nintendo Music. Nintendo has done other “Special Releases” like this for newer titles in the past, but it remains to be seen if and when the rest of the soundtrack will come to the service. Nintendo Music, which is free for Switch Online members, recently received a major update for iOS and Android devices, alongside a dedicated website for listening in a web browser.
