Good morning, Cyber Monday is shaping up to be a disappointment this year for retailers. That’s according to a new survey from logistics startup parcelLab and third-party research firm YouGov. The poll found that 50 percent of consumers expect to be done with their shopping by that date (Nov. 29). Many have pushed up their holiday shopping following last year’s chaotic season, which was dominated by Covid-related shipping delays and inventory shortages. Given the shifting shopping window, you might be tempted to move ahead your own campaigns and holiday programs. But experts say that might be a mistake.
