WASHINGTON, DC - APRIL 13: (L-R) Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY), Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY), President Joe Biden and House Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) attend a memorial service for the late U.S. Capitol Police officer William "Billy" Evans as he lies in honor in the Rotunda at the U.S. Capitol on April 13, 2021 in Washington, DC. Officer Evans was killed in the line of duty during the attack outside the U.S. Capitol on April 2. He is the sixth Capitol Police officer to die in the line of duty in the nearly 200 years since the force was created. (Photo by Drew Angerer/Getty Images)
