A free demo of Monster Hunter Wilds, which allows players to experience the opening story of Capcom’s hit action RPG, launched for other platforms back in August. Then a month later, it was revealed in the latest Nintendo Direct that a port of the game is in development for Nintendo Switch 2. Now today, Capcom has announced that the same prologue demo, now featuring wireless local co-op, will also be released for Nintendo’s latest system on 20th October BST (19th October PST), the same day digital pre-orders go live on the Nintendo eShop. The full version of Monster Hunter Wilds is still set for a Switch 2 release on 4th December, and rest assured, your save data from the demo can be transferred over. |
