Nintendo customers in Europe have recently been able to buy Nintendo products that contain replaceable batteries meaning that it now is a lot easier to fix a product with a faulty battery. It looks as though Nintendo is set to introduce the GameCube controller and Nintendo 64 controller with the replaceable battery outside of Europe. New model numbers for these two products have been spotted that end with -01 which is the same code that the European replaceable battery models go under and they’ve been earmarked for Japan and Canada at present with more countries likely to receive these too. |
