The Nintendo Switch has a ridiculously large instal base and not everyone has shifted over to the newer Nintendo Switch 2, which has recently been announced to be getting a price increase. Speaking to investors Nintendo president Shuntaro Furukawa has hinted to them that it plans to maintain support for the Nintendo Switch while consumers dither about whether to upgrade.
