Two new Legacy of Kain games were announced for the Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2 which are Legacy of Kain Defiance Remastered on 3rd March and brand new 2D action platformer Legacy of Kain Ascendance for 31st March. The 2003 Legacy of Kain Defiance Remastered will feature enhanced visuals, modernised controls plus bonus content. Legacy of Kain: Ascendance is developed by Bit Bot Media and FreakZone Games and is set to be a prequel to Soul Reaver. You can check out the trailers below.

Konami has released the final update for the Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Vol. 1 and it's a great update if you own a Nintendo Switch or Nintendo Switch 2. The new update brings 60fps to the classic Metal Gear games which previously ran at 30fps. The new update also brings High Resolution Mode to Metal Gear Solid and Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater on Nintendo Switch 2, which is available via a toggle button. Konami also announced that Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Vol. 2 will be heading to the Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2.
