Yacht Club Games has announced that Mina the Hollower has gone gold, meaning development has wrapped up on the anticipated retro-styled 2D action-adventure game. After numerous delays, the release date is still unknown, but Yacht Club promises that we’ll know as soon as possible. The indie studio is now in the process of submitting the final version of the game to first-party partners, which includes Nintendo for a release on Switch and Switch 2. Only a few Switch 2 titles so far have taken advantage of the new system’s 120hz capabilities, and Mina the Hollower is confirmed to feature 120fps support, as shown by the demo released last year, which has since been unlisted from the eShop. |
