Square Enix announced on X that Nintendo Switch 2 owners will eventually be able to play all the Final Fantasy VII remake games including Final Fantasy VII: Rebirth and Final Fantasy VII Remake 3. The same news applies to Xbox Series X|S and PC owners as Square Enix rethinks its focus on exclusivity, which it is seemingly doing away with.

Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade arrives on Nintendo Switch 2, Xbox Series X|S and Xbox on PC on January 22, 2026.
