Good morning, For years, coastal tech workers have been flocking to Texas cities like Austin and Houston in search of jobs and a lower cost of living. Now, employers in the state say they are helping them leave. That’s because of the new abortion law approved by Texas’s state government earlier this month. The strictest such legislation in the country, the law makes it illegal to get an abortion after about six weeks of pregnancy--sooner than most women know they’re pregnant. As such, companies large and small have a dilemma: potentially lose great talent that wants to leave the state over the law, or spring for workers’ legal fees and relocation expenses in a show of support?
