The GOP had long been looking for someone to fill the shoes of the former president and conservative icon. Instead, they found Donald Trump.

Children are still learning remotely in many cities and some parents are fed up – but the divide could fundamentally change urban public school systems.

Many factors account for the disappointing April jobs report, suggesting the recovery will not follow a straight line upward.

The president has been praised for following through on some major campaign promises, but he has also left unfulfilled others and suffered some self-inflicted wounds.

The two conditions have some striking similarities, fueling hopes that research can uncover solutions for both.

The Trump administration's signature foreign policy achievement was supposed to unify the Middle East behind a common goal of peace. Some say they paved the way for violence instead.
