Add to that the daily pressures of keeping a business not only humming but soaring, and you certainly have the formula for burnout, panic attacks, and fits of anxiety. Inc.com columnist Jeff Steen proposes an unusual coping strategy: Schedule time to worry, just as you would an exercise class or meeting.
