The Kyoto-based comp…  | By Sickr on May 27, 2025 | Nintendo has held true to their promise to stop Nintendo Switch 2 resellers in the Land of the Rising Sun as it has announced that it has partnered with prominent online marketplaces to stop the reselling of the Nintendo Switch 2. The Kyoto-based company stated that it has approached three major Japanese marketplaces in Japan and they are Mercari, Yahoo!, and Rakuten Rakuma. Nintendo will prohibit sales of the console for an indefinite amount of time and has asked marketplaces to proactively remove listings that are seen to violate this. Hopefully Nintendo will also do the same here in the west and crack down on resellers on eBay and Facebook marketplace. | | | |
